ChronoReserves helps you protect a promise to your future self with a future date, a countdown, and clear proof. The current version runs in practice mode using Test XRP only, which has no real-world value.
How many active promises can I have during Testnet?
During Testnet, you can have up to 3 active promises on this browser or device at one time. When a promise is completed, it no longer counts toward the active limit, but it stays in your history. Reaching the limit never deletes your existing promises or proofs.
What is ChronoReserves?
ChronoReserves helps you make a promise to your future self, choose a future date, follow a countdown, and keep a proof record you can return to. When the date arrives, the promise becomes ready to complete — and you can make another whenever you want.
Why not just use a calendar or reminder?
A reminder tells you what you planned. It can be dismissed, deleted or forgotten. ChronoReserves gives an important promise a future date, a countdown and independently verifiable proof of when you made it. It does not guarantee that you will succeed. It makes the original promise harder to quietly rewrite or forget.
Is this real money?
No. The current version is practice mode and uses Test XRP only. Test XRP has no real-world value.
Does practice mode create a real Testnet lock?
Yes. Practice mode uses a fixed 10 Test XRP. There is nothing for you to choose. It stays locked until your chosen date, has no real-world value, and is not a payment to ChronoReserves.
Do I need to know crypto?
No. You make a promise, choose a future date, follow the countdown, and return when it is ready. The technology stays underneath.
Do you ask for my secret words?
No. ChronoReserves should never ask for secret words, seed phrases, recovery phrases, or private keys.
Does ChronoReserves hold my assets?
No. ChronoReserves is not a custodian and does not hold or control user assets.
Is this an investment?
No. ChronoReserves is not a bank, savings account, investment product, yield product, or financial advice.
What is the practice network?
It is a test version of the secure global ledger ChronoReserves uses for public proof. It is separate from the live network and uses Test XRP with no real-world value.
